SweatHouz

Sweat, Chill, Glow

To generate excitement for the opening of SWTHZ’s new location in Sandy Springs, GA, I produced a video shoot that captured the immersive experience of hot/cold therapy. The goal was to showcase the space, engage local talent, and create a versatile content library for marketing. The challenge? The location was still under construction, and I had just 10 days to plan and execute the shoot within a strict budget

Role: Video Production, Creative Direction, Edits Supervisor, Content Strategy

Objective

· Plan a cohesive video shoot despite SWTHZ store‘s construction limitations

· Capture compelling content of the sauna, cold plunge, and shower experiences

· Coordinate 60 local talent members within a tight two-day window

· Optimize resources while maintaining high production value

  • Pre-Production

I developed references, ensuring consistency and a clear direction across all captured footage. I sourced and shared visual inspiration to communicate how the final edits and shots should look, giving the team a clear creative direction. To maintain structure, I created a set of shot requirements for each talent, ensuring we captured a diverse range of high-quality visuals that highlighted their experience at SWTHZ

  • Crew Coordination

I assembled a team of four local videographers and a drone operator to ensure we had dynamic and engaging footage. To maintain visual consistency, I ensured all videographers were equipped with similar camera gear and settings, reducing discrepancies in footage quality. I also provided clear shooting guidelines, shot lists, color profiles, and composition expectations, so that the footage would feel cohesive

  • Strategic Scheduling

To maximize efficiency, I staggered 60 talent arrivals in 20-minute increments across three rooms, preventing bottlenecks and ensuring a smooth flow. I built time into the schedule for hair and makeup touchups, ensuring each talent looked polished on camera. By coordinating these logistics, I eliminated downtime, allowing videographers to capture content without delays while ensuring that no talent was left waiting

  • Logistics & Workflow

To optimize shoot logistics and streamlined workflow, I coordinated photographer shifts to prevent overtime while ensuring full coverage of the shoot. Prior to the shoot, I conducted a detailed briefing to align the team on the creative vision, schedule, and key deliverables. To streamline post-production, I established a file naming system, allowing for efficient organization and quick retrieval of footage for editors

Storyboard Development

To align video editors with the intended content outcomes, I developed detailed storyboards outlining content versions and adaptations for their final intended formats and uses. I also source music and design key graphics for animation, streamlining the editing process and ensuring timely, efficient delivery
