Community Connects was created as a content series to highlight real businesses successfully using the platform, turning their experiences into engaging, story-driven testimonials that demonstrated the true power of direct customer communication

Content Strategy & Branding
Previously, Community’s content strategy relied heavily on repurposed user-generated material. While this provided social proof, it didn’t fully capture the breadth of the platform’s capabilities.
To bridge this gap, I developed Community Connects, a content series that followed real businesses as they leveraged SMS marketing to build stronger relationships with their customers. The goal was to create compelling, story-driven content that highlighted how business owners build relationships with their customers through personalized text messaging.

Pre-Production & Planning
• Developed shot lists, run-of-show, interview questions
